Non-stick aluminum castable is an ultra-low cement castable developed for aluminum and alloy industry, which is made of silicon carbide, electrofused corundum and bauxite as the main raw materials and prepared with other additives in reasonable proportion.
It has the characteristics of strong integrity, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-flaking, anti-penetration, good thermal stability, non-stick aluminum, non-slag, etc.
Non-stick aluminum casting material can be used in aluminum melting furnace, holding furnace contacting aluminum liquid parts, aluminum liquid holding furnace, aluminum liquid lifting package and other contacting aluminum liquid parts. It is especially suitable for casting machine front holding furnace overall pouring and high purity aluminum melting equipment furnace lining.
